]]> Episode 16 finishes off our time in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Before heading out of the Si Como No Hotel, we checked out their butterfly garden and got underway. The day was rainy and filled with Palm Plantations. We headed south to Dominical and stopped quickly through town and looked at the waves and beach area. We kept moving and stopped through Uvita and decided to keep going to Golfito. In Golfito, we grabbed some gas and reprovisioned for our final couple of hours to La Pavones. The drive from Golfito was not nearly as bad as we thought, extremely gravelly but grated pretty well. We rolled into Pavones and found us a place at La Ponderosa, a sweet little surfer haven with awesome grounds and beach access. We finished the night off with the best pizza we have had since Europe. Authentic thin crust pizza only 5 minutes down the road, could not be beat. We are so happy to find this little slice of heaven.

]]>From the beginning of my first trip in my families RV, I remember my father documenting everything with his huge backpack VHS recorder that weighed 40 pounds. With each passing year the camera got smaller, but the videos got better. By the time I was given the keys to the world, I had a camera in my hand as well. I always documented almost every trip for the past 30 years, the thing was I never did anything with them as editing software was always such a challenge. As technology has advanced, I’ve finally stepped up to the editing game and am trying to produce the videos that my kids will look back on for years to come. Keep filming, as you never know when you will finally get around to making those dream videos a reality.
